Wednesday Bread

Sourdough bread is available, by pre-order only, for pick up Wednesdays starting at 3:00 pm. To order, please send a message with the date(s) and loaf(s) desired. Orders can be placed for any date listed below, but must be received at least two days in advance.

Marnie Country Sourdough (all dates)

Large country sourdough loaf made with an organic flour blend (wheat and rye), French sea salt, water, and wild yeast. 

Mini Marnie (all dates)

Small country sourdough loaf.

seedy Sour (November 12)

Large sourdough loaf with pumpkin, sesame, and sunflower seeds, polenta, and a touch of honey.

Olive Sourdough (November 19)

Large sourdough loaf with savory Moroccan oil-cured black olives.

Cheesy Everything Sourdough (December 10)

Large sourdough loaf with chunks of cheddar-gruyere cheese and everything seasoning.

Oats and Honey Sourdough (December 17)

Large sourdough sandwich loaf made with oat porridge and lightly sweetened with Wisconsin honey. 

This cottage bakery is entirely operated by one person. In case of necessary cancellations due to illness or emergency, notification will be sent by email or text. Thanks for understanding!
